Tipi Interiors
The interior decoration of your tipi depends entirely on the way you intend to use it. Many customers choose to purchase a tipi for their backyard in order to have a quiet and cozy space that allows them to gather with friends and family to chat, make music and enjoy a warming fire. Having an open fire is the main purpose, and comfortable sitting arrangements around them can be in chairs or closer to the ground. Our midsize 16ft or 18ft tipis are ideal for this purpose.
Other customers see their tipi as a space to spend a night close to nature, use it as a spare room for visiting family or even rent it out. In this case, the bed is the center point and depending on the size of the tipi, a little sitting area or even a futon is added. If you plan on a double bed off the ground, we recommend a 20ft tipi – if you would like to have space for additional furniture, then the larger sizes of 22ft and 24ft offer the desired spaciousness.

Custom Interior Liners
Painting your liner can be a great way to customize your tipi interior. Our website displays 8 standard line designs that you can choose to have painted on your liner in a variety of patterns. You can add to these designs with shields, animals, or shaman from our other standard tipi elements.
Alternately, you can choose custom symbols, animals and/or line designs combined with the standard images, or go completely custom. Our artists are happy to work with you to bring your ideas to life.
